Bad Omen?

If your day begins with cleaning up diarrhea at the grocery store for 30 minutes and ends with cleaning up vomit in the kitchen for 30 minutes (both from different children and no illnesses), is it a sign that something worse is around the corner? I sure hope not. Btw, Lysol is my new best friend.
