This is for all of those who wonder what type of camera we have. Jonathan pooled money together he got from med school graduation to buy this beautiful machine. The Nikon D60 is a digital SLR camera that takes amazing shots and has been very reliable. We got hooked on
DSLRs when we travelled to Costa Rica a few years back with our good friends, the
Andersons. Ashley had one and Jonathan was JEALOUS, especially since our camera was struggling with low battery constantly and had a frustrating delay time. So now we have it good!
A few disclaimers:
1) Beautiful shots first originate from beautiful places - just move to Colorado! :)
2) We have 2 different
VR (vibration reduction) lenses, one for closeups that makes all the difference in the world with faces.
3) We still have yet to discover all the features she carries.
4) Picasa 3 is my best friend.
