Ethan's Special Day

Kindergarten graduation.  Silly, isn't it, but it sure was nice for Ethan to have a special day.  The whole presentation was a battle with his hat (which was broken and must have fallen off over 40 times).  At first he was frustrated, then his friends helped him out so he was thankful, then they thought it was funny.  He was trying so hard to keep that darn finger out of his nose (he's quite impulsive), but as soon as it touched his nose he realized that everyone was looking and quickly put it down (must have happened 10 times or more).  All in all it was hilarious. We are so proud of Ethan for finishing his first year though and were proud of his accomplishments throughout the year.  He is ready for first grade (although reads at a 2nd grade level) and is thrilled to eat lunch at school in the fall.  :)
