Fall...our favorite time of year. There is nothing like feeling the crisp cool air, sipping on some hot apple cider/hot chocolate, and listening to the quaking golden aspen. Colorado falls are spectacular! Complete hillsides can be consumed with a golden hue....simply gorgeous! Since we missed last fall because of our dreadful NZ adventures :) it feels especially invigorating. We harvested our fruit/veggies/herbs in NZ and came home in time to plant seeds again. This time we will enjoy the fruits of our labors as nature intended. 
We LOVE Colorado!
