Otago Penninsula

The Otago Peninsula is a beautiful stretch of land just east of Dunedin. Our drives were spectacular and the company even better. Chip and Lindsay Keller came this way for a few days (Jonathan's resident colleague and wife who currently lives in Queenstown). It was great to see them and tour the Dunedin area with them. Too bad we weren't able to see more than one albatross and no penguins, but the scenery made up for than ten-fold. We feel so blessed to be in such a beautiful country.

I love me some baby lambs! There are approximately 9 sheep to every person living in New Zealand. Rolling hills (more like green carpets) of grass blanket the hills of this country. What we love to see is when the grazing hills meet the sea. Amazing.
